GURUGRAM, September 25, 2026: As Kolkata gets ready to celebrate Durga Puja, SpiceJet is adding 22 special flights from October 10, connecting the city with Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Bagdogra and Port Blair and giving passengers more options to travel home and be with their families during the festive season.
The additional services will also strengthen connectivity from Bagdogra to Delhi, Bengaluru and Kolkata, opening up more convenient travel options for passengers from North Bengal during the festive rush.
The special flights will add capacity across some of the key routes connecting eastern India with major metros and popular leisure destinations at a time when thousands of passengers travel for Durga Puja and the extended festive season.
As part of the expanded connectivity, SpiceJet will also offer a Mumbai-Port Blair connection via Kolkata without a change of aircraft.
The special festive flights will operate from October 10, covering the Durga Puja period and the travel rush that follows as families and travellers make their way back home or plan festive breaks.
