Revenue up by 18% and EBITDA (Pre-Ind AS 116) up by 266%

Mumbai, 3rd August, 2026: Restaurant Brands Asia Limited, a leading quick-service  restaurant operator, reported its performance for 1st quarter ended 30th June 2026. 

Highlights for Q1 FY27 (Compared to Q1 FY26) 

Consolidated 

− Store network reached 752 restaurants, adding 9 stores in India since March 31, 2026 − Revenue from operations grew 17.9% YoY to ₹8,226 million 

− Company EBITDA (Pre-Ind AS 116) at ₹435 million against ₹119 million, up by 265.7% 

Standalone 

− Burger King India SSSG accelerated to 12.6%, highest over the past 15 quarters − Highest ever quarterly revenue & EBITDA  

− Revenue from operations grew 23.6% YoY to ₹6,829 million 

− Restaurant EBITDA (Pre-Ind AS 116) increased 68.1% YoY to ₹900 million, margin  grew from 9.7% to 13.2% 

− Company EBITDA (Pre-Ind AS 116) rose 133.6% YoY to ₹527 million, margin  increased from 4.1% to 7.7% 

Inspira Global Completes Acquisition of Controlling Stake 

Inspira Global, owner of leading home-grown quick-service restaurant brands including  Chinese Wok, has completed the acquisition of a controlling 42% stake in the company.  As part of the transaction, Inspira Global has infused ₹1,050 crs through issuance of fresh  equity shares & warrants. Upon exercise of warrants, Inspira Global will infuse additional  capital of ₹450 crs and their shareholding in the company will increase to 48%.  

This infusion has significantly strengthened RBA’s balance sheet and provides the  company with financial flexibility to support its future expansion, brand-building initiatives,  restaurant development, digital capabilities and long-term growth plans.

Burger King Indonesia business is also improving, with higher Restaurant  EBITDA.
