Lords Hotels & Resorts has recorded a strong performance during the second quarter of 2026, reflecting sustained demand for quality hospitality experiences across its portfolio.

The group witnessed healthy growth across key performance indicators during Q2 2026, with occupancy increasing by 9%, Average Daily Rate (ADR) rising by 12% and Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) registering a growth of 18% compared with the corresponding period last year.

The positive performance was supported by strong leisure travel, business movement and growing demand across the group’s destinations. Properties across Gujarat, Rajasthan, Nepal and other key markets continued to contribute to the group’s overall performance, with festive travel, weddings, corporate movement and destination-led tourism emerging as important demand drivers.
