A seasoned human resources professional with over 14 years of experience across hospitality and corporate sectors, Srivastava brings extensive expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, labour compliance, payroll administration, and strategic workforce planning. His appointment comes at a time when talent development and employee experience continue to play a pivotal role in shaping guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the hospitality industry.
In his new role, Srivastava will lead the resort’s human resources function, focusing on talent development, employee well-being, leadership capability building, and fostering a culture that supports Hyatt’s purpose of care while driving business objectives.
Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort, Srivastava was associated with IHCL, where he was part of the pre-opening team for the first Gateway-branded hotel in North India. Over the course of his career, he has also held key HR positions with Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., ITC Fortune Park BBD, Bharat Enterprises & Laminations, Nirula’s Corner House Pvt. Ltd., and Golkonda Resorts & Spa, gaining diverse experience in talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and hospitality workforce management.
