In his new role, Kurush will provide strategic direction to the hotel’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on strengthening operational efficiencies, driving commercial performance and cultivating a high-performance service culture. Central to his leadership approach will be empowering associates, developing future leaders and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Beginning his hospitality career in 2011, Kurush has built a progressive career across some of Marriott International’s distinguished brands, gaining valuable experience in hotel operations, guest engagement, performance management and team leadership.

Prior to his elevation, he served as Rooms Division Manager at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments Pune, where he was instrumental in strengthening operational performance, enhancing service delivery and building team capabilities. His professional journey also includes leadership assignments at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur and The St. Regis Goa, providing him with experience across diverse hospitality segments and operating environments.

Throughout his career, Kurush has demonstrated an ability to translate operational priorities into measurable outcomes while creating an environment where associates are encouraged to take ownership, develop their capabilities and consistently deliver on guest expectations.
