Courtyard by Marriott Surat has announced the appointment of Abhishek Mukherjee as its Food & Beverage Manager. Abhishek brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience to the role, with a career spanning food and beverage operations, banqueting, events, guest experience, team development and cost management across leading resort and hotel environments.

Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Surat, Abhishek worked as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Deltin Daman. He has also held leadership roles at Radisson Blu Plaza Resort & Convention Centre, Karjat, and Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Alibaug, where he developed expertise in banquet operations, service delivery and large-scale events.

In his new role, Abhishek will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage offerings, focusing on guest experience, service standards, team development and operational efficiency. His experience in managing high-volume events, budgeting, vendor relationships, inventory controls and guest feedback will support the hotel’s dining and banqueting operations.
