Bringing extensive experience across the luxury hospitality segment and international markets, Durjoy joins the hotel with a strong track record in sales, marketing, revenue management, and strategic business development.

Known for his strategic and results-oriented leadership approach, Durjoy has consistently driven revenue growth and implemented effective market strategies to achieve business objectives and budgeted occupancies. His expertise spans luxury positioning, revenue optimization, and building strong market relationships across diverse hospitality segments.

Prior to joining Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield, Durjoy served as Associate Director of Sales at DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Whitefield, where he played an important role in strengthening the brand’s wellness positioning in the Indian market. His responsibilities also included revenue management, where he leveraged market insights and commercial strategies to maximize business performance.

Durjoy began his hospitality career in Bengaluru and Mysore, subsequently taking on leadership roles in Sales & Marketing with prominent hospitality brands, including Holiday Inn Bengaluru & Suites and Royal Orchid Hotels. Over the course of his career, he has developed strong expertise in navigating competitive markets and creating strategies that drive both revenue performance and brand growth.With his wealth of experience and deep understanding of the hospitality landscape, Durjoy is poised to play a key role in driving the commercial strategy and growth of Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield.
