Hospitality leader brings over two decades of experience in hotel operations, commercial strategy and hospitality development.

Keralam, India, October 22, 2026: Talenmark Hotels Corporation Limited (THCL), the hospitality arm of Talenmark Corporation, has appointed Nishanth Parakkottu Nair as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Nishanth will lead the company’s hospitality growth strategy, focusing on portfolio development, strategic brand partnerships and the expansion of its hotels, resorts and hospitality-led residential offerings.

Nishanth brings over 20 years of experience across luxury hotels, resorts and hospitality development, with expertise spanning hotel operations, pre-opening management, commercial strategy, business development and market positioning.

His career includes associations with leading hospitality properties such as Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty, Hyatt Regency Thrissur, Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, Hyatt Centric Soalteemode Kathmandu and Hyatt Regency Nairobi Westlands, as well as Dream Hotel Group, Carnoustie Beach Resort & Ayurveda Center, Kadavu Resort Calicut and Vythiri Village Resort & Spa. Prior to joining Talenmark Hotels Corporation, he served as Vice President at The Hozpitality Experts and held commercial leadership roles within Hyatt.

Throughout his career, Nishanth has represented hospitality brands at more than 192 domestic and international travelmarts and participated in over 124 roadshows, building industry relationships and strengthening market outreach. His experience across hotel development, commercial planning and strategic partnerships will support Talenmark Hotels Corporation’s plans to build a distinctive hospitality portfolio and establish a strong foundation for sustainable growth.
