We are delighted to announce the promotion of Ms. Khyatee Sood to Learning & Development Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar, where she has been serving as Assistant Manager – Learning & Development and has been officiating as Learning & Development Manager.

Since joining the hotel in April 2024, Khyatee has been actively contributing to employee development, training initiatives and the strengthening of learning practices across the organisation.

Her role encompasses managing the onboarding and induction process for new employees, designing and delivering training programmes, identifying performance gaps in collaboration with department heads, and implementing focused learning interventions to enhance employee skills and service standards.

Khyatee has also contributed to pre-opening training initiatives for Park Inn by Radisson Jalandhar and Gaj Resort, Hoshiarpur, under Radisson Individuals. As part of these task forces, she delivered brand training to employees across levels, including Heads of Departments and the General Manager, supporting teams in understanding brand standards and preparing for successful operations.

In her new role, Khyatee will continue to contribute towards building a strong learning culture, nurturing talent, enhancing employee capabilities and supporting the professional growth of colleagues across the hotel. Her experience and commitment to training align with our belief in growing talent so that talent grows us.
