Rabindra is a seasoned hospitality professional with over two decades of industry experience, including leadership assignments with The Oberoi, Hyatt Hotels, and Marriott International. During his decade-plus journey with Marriott International, Rabindra has built a strong track record of driving operational excellence, commercial performance, guest satisfaction, while championing Marriott culture and ensuring exceptional brand standards across his hotels.

Prior to this appointment, Rabindra served as Hotel Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam, where he strengthened the hotel’s market position, innovative guest-centric initiatives and delivered sustained business growth.

He also has a longstanding professional connection with Ahmedabad, having previously held a senior leadership role in the city. His return comes at an exciting time for Renaissance Ahmedabad as the hotel continues to strengthen its identity as a vibrant, lifestyle-led destination that brings together the energy of the city with the distinctive Renaissance experience.
