Bringing together expertise across critical functions of hotel operations and business strategy, the new leadership team will support the hotels’ focus on operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and sustainable growth.

The new appointments include Bavani Srinu as Cluster Director of Marketing, leading marketing strategy, brand positioning, communications, and market engagement; Nikhil Padinjarot as Area IT Manager, South India, overseeing technology operations and IT strategy across the region; Manish Singh as Cluster Director of Security, overseeing security operations, risk management, and safety across the cluster; and Dilip Mohanty as Cluster Purchase Manager, responsible for procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, and purchasing operations.

Bavani Srinu, Cluster Director of Marketing, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings over 19 years of experience across hospitality, mobility, SaaS, travel, fashion retail, real estate, and events, with expertise spanning brand strategy, media engagement, digital marketing, customer acquisition, performance campaigns, and corporate communications across India, Dubai, and Singapore. Prior to joining Hilton, she served as Head of Marketing at Drive lah and Drive mate in Singapore and Australia, leading marketing strategy, customer acquisition, digital engagement, performance marketing, media communications, and brand growth. In her role, Bavani will lead marketing and communications for the cluster including Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Manyata Bengaluru Embassy Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks,, strengthening brand positioning and market engagement. “I am thrilled to handle another prestigious property of Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. Nikhil Padinjaroot Karunakaran, Area IT Manager, Karnataka, Kerala & Telangana, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road, brings over two decades of experience in information technology and hospitality technology. He has previously served as Information Technology Manager at Conrad Bengaluru and Hilton Mumbai International Airport, and held information systems roles at Vivanta by Taj President, Mumbai. Nikhil was closely involved in the pre-opening of Conrad Bengaluru and has also undertaken a Task Force IT Manager assignment for the pre-opening of Conrad Singapore Orchard, along with a deputation at Hilton Nagoya, Japan. A certified Hilton Hardware Deployment Engineer, he has supported technology deployments across several Asia-Pacific markets. In his current role, Nikhil oversees IT operations and technology standards across the region. “It is exciting to take on this role and build on Hilton’s strong technology foundation. Manish Singh, Cluster Director of Security, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings extensive experience across security, safety, administration and operations, following a 15-year career with the Indian Navy and more than a decade in hospitality security. He has held security leadership roles with Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences, Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, Novotel Ahmedabad, The Zuri Whitesands Goa Resort & Casino and Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai. His expertise includes security planning, risk assessment, crisis management and emergency preparedness, and he was recognised as Security Person of the Year at the Accor South Asia Hotel Awards 2021. In his role, Manish will oversee security and safety operations across the cluster. “I am delighted to join the team and look forward to bringing a proactive approach to security and safety, while building an environment where our guests and colleagues feel confident and cared for,” said Manish Singh.

Dilip Mohanty, Cluster Purchase Manager, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings 14 years of experience in procurement, material management and hotel pre-openings. He has served as Purchase Manager at Conrad Bengaluru since 2018, following procurement roles at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel and Regenta One, among others. His experience spans vendor development, tenders and contracts, negotiations, inventory management, cost control, budgeting, and EPCG and duty-free procurement. In his role, Dilip will oversee procurement and purchasing operations across the cluster, supporting efficient sourcing and strong supplier partnerships. “I am excited to take on this expanded responsibility and look forward to strengthening our procurement practices, deepening supplier partnerships and delivering value that supports the wider operation,” said Dilip Mohanty.
