HRAWI Hosts FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme In Mumbai

Mumbai, Sept 01: The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organized FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) at The Unicontinental, on 31st Aug, 2026. Forty-Seven hospitality professionals from the region participated in the training program conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy. It covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management and imparted practical insights on strengthening food safety measures and reinforcing industry best practices.


HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 4,065 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI’s Management Training Program. The programme is designed to promote a culture of food safety and equipping industry professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest standards in daily operations.
