Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Suresh Chandra Nath as Executive Housekeeper. With over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Mr. Nath joined the resort during its pre-opening phase and has played a key role in setting up housekeeping operations for the expansive 21-acre property.
Mr. Nath brings his expertise in operational planning, quality management, and team leadership. His responsibilities include developing SOPs aligned with Hilton brand standards and driving training initiatives across the department. He also works closely with engineering and front office teams to ensure seamless guest readiness and service excellence.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions with renowned hospitality brands including Hilton , Le Méridien, The Westin, The Oberoi and Taj, where he played key roles in strengthening housekeeping standards, enhancing guest satisfaction, and building strong interdepartmental relationships. His experience spans luxury resort operations, laundry management, public area maintenance, inventory and OS&E management, manpower planning, budgeting, cost control, procurement, and sustainability initiatives. He has also successfully improved housekeeping efficiency and response time, implemented eco-friendly operational practices, and ensured consistent compliance with brand standards through regular audits and performance monitoring.
