New Delhi, India: Dough & Cream Private Limited has announced the appointment of Chef Rajat Nunwal as its new Executive Pastry Chef, strengthening the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence in the bakery and pastry segment.
With over 14 years of international culinary experience across India, the UAE, and the United States, Chef Rajat brings extensive expertise in artisan breads, viennoiserie, plated desserts, chocolate artistry, celebration cakes, luxury buffet presentations, and bakery operations management. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for combining technical precision with creativity, consistently delivering exceptional pastry experiences.
In his new role, Chef Rajat will lead pastry and bakery production operations at Dough & Cream, oversee product development, maintain quality standards, and drive team training initiatives. He will also focus on expanding the company’s portfolio of breads, cakes, desserts, and seasonal specialties while ensuring consistency and innovation across all offerings.
Before joining Dough & Cream, Chef Rajat served as Pastry Chef at SANJH Modern Indian Restaurant, Texas, USA, where he developed contemporary Indian desserts and managed premium bakery production. He also held the position of Sous Chef – Bakery & Pastry at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas, overseeing luxury pastry operations, buffet presentations, and team coordination. His professional journey further includes leadership roles at Savorworks, Delhi, and Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, where he was part of the successful pre-opening culinary team and managed key bakery and pastry functions.
Chef Rajat began his hospitality career with prestigious brands including Le Méridien New Delhi and Hilton Mayur Vihar, gaining valuable experience in pastry production, bakery operations, and luxury hospitality standards.
