Coastal Flavours Crafted To Perfection!
‘Arisii – The Coastal Kitchen’ was born out of the founders’ love for authentic coastal
cuisine. Fuelled by a deep-rooted desire to bring the joy of Coastal Flavours, Arisii is on a rapid growth trajectory, with a delightful new one in the heart of M Block market in GK2.
The restaurant aims to take guests on a journey across the diverse coastal regions of South India, bringing together flavours and culinary traditions from different states. The menu features everything from Malabar and Chettinad preparations to regional breads such as Malabar parotta and appams, alongside an extensive selection of seafood and other non-vegetarian offerings.

Decor
A warm and elegant aesthetic is striking as you step in. The interiors follow an earthy palette of terracotta, green and natural tones, complemented by artwork sourced from various artists and inspired by regional art forms such as Kalamkari.
With 40 seat indoor setting, the overall space looks pleasing in terracotta and green tones, creating an immersive coastal dining experience that feels contemporary while staying rooted in South Indian culture and tradition.
The space is designed to feel comfortable and familiar, reflecting the founders’ vision of creating a restaurant that feels like an extension of home.

At Arisii, the menu reflects the diversity of South Indian coastal cooking, moving beyond the commonly known dosa-and-idli narrative to showcase dishes and ingredients from across the region.
Some of the Signature Vegetarian Dishes are Gunpowder Chilli Idli, Tender Coconut & Avocado Smash, Wild Mushroom Pepper Fry, Kathal Dum Biryani, Coconut Crème Brûlée. While Non-Vegetarian Diners can feast on the signature ones that include Curry Leaf Calamari, Mutton Sukka, Coastal Ghee Roast Lobster, Slow-Braised Lamb Shank Gassi, Coastal Prawn Biryani.
Other highlights include the Dosa Tacos with a variety of fillings, Bun Parotta Burger and Payasam Kunafa Nest, showcasing Arisii’s contemporary approach to regional cuisine.

Chef Rajesh, the Head Chef at Arisii, brings over 20 years of experience in coastal cuisine to the kitchen. His culinary approach is rooted in authentic regional flavours, while allowing for contemporary presentation and interpretation.
He says,
“At Arisii, our aim is to showcase the depth and diversity of South Indian coastal cuisine. We want guests to experience authentic regional flavours while discovering dishes beyond the familiar staples, presented in a contemporary and approachable way.”
Arisii’s USP lies in bringing an elevated coastal dining experience to Delhi, with authentic South Indian flavours, premium seafood and contemporary presentation.
The restaurant is aimed at discerning diners who are looking for something beyond conventional South Indian dining. Hence, I too opted for a perfectly crafted Appam with egg, and thoroughly enjoyed the presentation. Another offbeat preparation was Avocado mash on crisp Appalam Shards. Sweet endings with delicious Payasam.
Step in, take a pause, eat well and finish off with Filter Coffee.

“Arisii was created to bring the authentic flavours of South India’s diverse coastal regions to Delhi. Our vision is to create a space where the food feels rooted and familiar, yet the overall experience feels elevated, contemporary and welcoming.”
