Bengaluru, India — Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is pleased to announce the elevation of Muralidhara Krishna to the position of Director of Finance, recognising his 18 years of contribution to the hotel and his strong leadership in driving financial performance and operational efficiency.

Muralidhara previously served as the Associate Director of Finance, a role he took on in April 2024 after progressing from Unit Finance Controller. His journey with Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road dates back to 2008, when he joined the property during its project stage as an Accounts Executive. Over the past 18 years, he has progressed through the finance function, taking on increasingly strategic responsibilities and building deep expertise in the financial and operational aspects of the hotel.

During his early years with the property, Muralidhara was involved in project purchases, licensing processes, and comprehensive accounting operations, contributing to the financial and administrative foundations of the hotel during its establishment. His consistent performance and growing expertise subsequently saw him take on the responsibilities of Unit Finance Controller before being elevated to Associate Director of Finance in 2024.

With extensive experience in finance and accounting, Muralidhara brings strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, cost control, revenue management, statutory compliance, and overall financial operations. In his new role as Director of Finance, he will lead the hotel’s finance function and partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team on financial planning, performance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, cost optimisation, revenue management, compliance, and strategic business decisions. His role will be instrumental in translating financial insights into stronger operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable business growth.
