In his new role, Ashish will oversee the property’s operations, guest experience, and strategic initiatives, supporting the brand’s focus on operational excellence and sustained growth. His appointment underscores the Group’s emphasis on building strong leadership capabilities to further elevate service standards and strengthen its presence in key markets.

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Ashish brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, revenue management, and team leadership. He has held key roles with renowned hospitality brands such as Park Plaza, Sheraton, Radisson, Best Western, and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Ramee Collection, Mohali, he served as Front Office Manager at Sarovar Premier, Kota, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction, streamlining operations, and driving team performance.

In his new role, Mr. Shekhar will be overseeing the overall operations of Ramee Collection, Airport Road Mohali, including front office and housekeeping management, guest experience standards, brand compliance, team leadership, and revenue optimization initiatives.
