W Goa is pleased to announce the appointment of CA Girdhar Jangid as Director of Finance. Bringing over 14 years of experience in hospitality fi nance, Mr. Jangid has built a distinguished career in fi nancial leadership across the industry. His extensive experience and strong understanding of the hospitality sector make him a valuable addition to W Goa’s leadership team.
Mr. Jangid began his career with a chartered accountancy fi rm before transitioning into hospitality, where he steadily built expertise in strategic fi nancial planning and advising senior leadership on key business decisions. Over the years, he has played an instrumental role in driving cross-functional collaboration, leading fi nance training initiatives for operational teams, and strengthening fi nancial processes across hotel operations.
In his role as Director of Finance, Mr. Jangid will oversee the resort’s fi nancial operations, working closely with the leadership team to support the property’s long-term business objectives. His responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, capital expenditure management, cost optimisation, regulatory compliance, and strengthening fi nancial governance across the resort. He will also focus on ensuring sound fi nancial practices that support the resort’s continued growth and operational success.
