In this role, Joseph oversees catering and event sales for corporate meetings, social celebrations, weddings and community gatherings. She also cultivates partnerships and develops programming that further positions the hotel as one of Miami Beach’s premier event destinations.

Born in Bridgeport, New York, and raised in Haiti before relocating to South Florida, Joseph developed an early appreciation for connecting with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Active in school organizations and community groups, she discovered a passion for event planning and creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

Throughout her career, Joseph has planned weddings, corporate functions, large-scale festivals and community events while building lasting client relationships. She combines strategic business development with a personalized approach to guest service, helping clients realize their vision while driving revenue growth.
