With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Megha brings with her a strong and diverse professional background spanning the hospitality, technology, and enterprise sectors. Before joining Fairfield by Marriott Jodhpur, she was associated with Ajit Bhawan, Jodhpur. Her career also includes roles with ACS Solutions, Chetak Enterprises, Vitruvian Technologies, Paladion Networks, and Orange Business Services, where she gained extensive expertise in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and HR operations.

Megha is passionate about building inclusive workplaces and fostering a culture where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their best. She believes that engaged associates are the foundation of memorable guest experiences and organizational success.
