Black Rock Hotels & Resorts has announced the promotion of Mr. Narendra Saini to the position of Operations Manager, recognizing his significant contribution to the organization and his successful tenure as Director – Food & Beverage at Ananta Spa & Resort Jaipur.

In his new role, Mr. Saini will lead operations at Pushkara Resort & Spa, Pushkar, one of the flagship properties within the group’s growing hospitality portfolio. He will be responsible for overseeing overall resort operations, guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, operational excellence, and implementation of the company’s service standards across the property.
