Rajesh Ballabh joins Elrose Hotels with a distinguished hospitality career spanning about three decades, a journey that exemplifies perseverance, passion and continuous growth. Beginning his career in Food & Beverage and Front Office operations, he has steadily progressed to lead some most respected luxury resorts and heritage destinations.

His tenure at acclaimed properties such as Ananta Spa & Resort, Pushkar, Bhanwar Singh Palace and Sahdev Bagh has been marked by successfully positioning these resorts as preferred destinations for luxury destination weddings. Beyond operational excellence, Rajesh is recognised for his warm, hands-on leadership style and his innate ability to personally connect with guests, particularly wedding families, creating relationships that translate into enduring goodwill and strong word of mouth referrals.

At Elrose Hotels, Rajesh has been entrusted with the significant responsibility of steering the property through its critical transition from pre-opening to a successful commercial launch.
