As Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing, Dinesh Sreevasudevan leads the Sales and marketing strategy across Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR and Novotel Chennai SIPCOT, with a focus on revenue
performance, strategic commercial partnerships and strengthening brand presence across Chennai’s key IT, corporate and industrial corridors.

Bringing over 14 years of extensive hospitality experience, Dinesh’s experience spans strategic hotel sales, market expansion, and brings a strong professional portfolio across luxury and premium
business hotel brands. His experience encompasses sales and commercial leadership across Park Hyatt Chennai, Hyatt Place Hyderabad, Hyatt Regency Chennai and Marriott Hotels, giving him broad exposure to corporate sales, MICE, and business development.

His current focus is on driving agile, market-responsive sales strategies, strengthening corporate and MICE partnerships, optimizing commercial opportunities and enhancing the properties’ engagement with Chennai’s business ecosystem.

In his cluster role, Dinesh will oversee market outreach, corporate relations, and campaign management, supporting the continued growth of the Novotel and ibis footprint in the region.

JAGANATHAN MOHANRAJ

As Director of Engineering, Jaganathan M. leads engineering operations, asset management, preventive maintenance, capital projects and sustainability initiatives across the three properties – Novotel & ibis Chennai OMR and Novotel Chennai SIPCOT, encompassing 522 guest rooms and multi-property facilities.

Jaganathan has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead complex project executions, energy conservation, operational compliance and engineering systems within the Accor network. He has spearheaded numerous technical services across a portfolio of 15 hotels comprising 1,009 keys, along with operational support for 16 Joint Lease Operation (JLO) properties.

His areas of expertise include Fire & Life Safety, Heat, Light and Power optimization, preventive maintenance, capital project execution, asset management and standardized engineering systems.
Jaganathan’s industry credentials include the Chief Engineer of the Year recognition in the Economy to Budget category at the Hotelier India Awards 2022, IHC Best Hospitality Professional 2022, and the Accor Academy Asia Global Leadership Program 2022.

SUCHANA MISRA

As Learning & Development Manager, Suchana Misra leads the cluster’s learning and development strategy, focusing on capability building, employee engagement, leadership development and service culture across the three properties.

Suchana brings more than a decade of hospitality L&D experience, with professional expertise from global brands like Marriott and The Leela.

Her areas of expertise include competency mapping, leadership readiness programmes, Train-the-Trainer initiatives, digital learning, LMS administration, e-learning content development and analytics.

Suchana’s professional credentials include National Topper recognition from the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), alongside multiple industry recognitions for L&D excellence.
