Bringing over fifteen years of extensive experience in hospitality sales, revenue strategy and business development, Pallavi has built an impressive career across some of India’s leading hotel brands. Throughout her journey, she has consistently delivered exceptional commercial results across MICE, leisure, travel trade and inbound business segments while successfully leading multi-property sales portfolios and high-performing teams. 

Before joining JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, Pallavi served as Director of Sales at Naukuchia House – IHCL SeleQtions, where she spearheaded sales strategy, budgeting, forecasting, market intelligence and revenue growth initiatives. Prior to this, she held senior commercial leadership roles with Leisure Hotels Group, Summit Hotels & Resorts and Clarks Inn Group, gaining diverse experience across India’s hospitality landscape. 

Known for her strategic mindset, relationship-driven approach and deep understanding of the evolving hospitality market, Pallavi brings a strong passion for creating meaningful partnerships while driving sustainable business growth. Her expertise spans sales strategy, client relationship management, revenue optimization, social media marketing and commercial planning, making her a valuable addition to the resort’s leadership team. 

In her new role, Pallavi will lead the resort’s overall sales strategy, focusing on strengthening key market segments, enhancing brand visibility and driving revenue growth while further positioning JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa as one of India’s premier luxury mountain destinations.
