Monday Hotels Group announces the elevation of Ashwin Gupta to the position of Zonal Manager – Operations & Pre-Opening, strengthening its leadership team with his extensive hospitality expertise and operational experience.

With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, Ashwin is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai and has been associated with leading organisations including The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Symphony Hospitality Management, Best Western International (Jubilee Ridge), among others.

Having worked across diverse hospitality functions, Ashwin brings strong expertise in hotel operations, pre-opening strategies, process implementation, and delivering operational excellence. His experience in managing teams, enhancing guest experiences, and driving business performance will play a key role in supporting Monday Hotels Group’s expansion and growth plans.

In his elevated role, Ashwin will oversee operational initiatives, support upcoming hotel openings, and ensure seamless execution of brand standards across properties.
