Pune, 16th June 2026 – JW Marriott Pune, one of the city’s leading luxury hospitality destinations known for its award winning dining experiences, expansive event spaces and elevated guest offerings, is pleased to announce the elevation of Vikrant Singhwal to the position of Director of Sales, further strengthening the hotel’s commercial leadership team and reinforcing its commitment to driving strategic growth, market excellence and exceptional guest experiences.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 15 years of experience across sales, marketing and food and beverage operations, Vikrant has been an integral part of the hotel’s commercial success journey. Since joining the property as Associate Director of Sales, he has played a pivotal role in driving business performance, strengthening key client relationships and expanding the hotel’s presence across corporate, MICE and travel segments.
In his new role as Director of Sales, Vikrant will lead the overall sales strategy for JW Marriott Pune, overseeing revenue generation across rooms, meetings and events, corporate partnerships and leisure segments. He will also focus on identifying new market opportunities, enhancing customer engagement initiatives and further strengthening the hotel’s position as one of Pune’s leading luxury hospitality destinations.
With over 14 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Vikrant has built a strong foundation across sales, business development, events and food and beverage operations. Throughout his career, he has successfully led revenue generation initiatives across corporate, MICE and social events segments, while driving strategic account growth, customer engagement and sales planning. His expertise spans managing large scale meetings and events, strengthening key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering sustained commercial performance.
