During the 1st Quarter of FY27, the Company has achieved Revenue of ₹ 161.00 Crores and Operating Profit of ₹ 30.36 Crores, reflecting growth of 58% and 76% respectively over the corresponding quarter of the last financial year. Profit after Tax for the quarter also increased to ₹ 20.79 Crores, registering growth of 46% over the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.

“We are pleased to report another strong quarter. However, the Company achieved record sales during Q1 FY27 compared with Q1 FY26 and delivered healthy growth in profitability. This performance reflects the successful execution of our growth strategy, expansion of manufacturing capacity, and the increasing acceptance of our brand across both domestic and international markets.

Commenting on the performance, the Managing Director said, “Our sales strategy has enabled us to achieve a strong start to FY27, and we remain confident of meeting our growth targets while improving operating margins during the year.”

The Company continues to utilize its full installed manufacturing capacity of 11,000 MTPA, including the additional capacity of 4,500 MTPA that has commissioned at end March 2026. 

We are also pleased to inform our stakeholders that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved the amalgamation of our wholly owned subsidiaries, Vintage Coffee Private Limited and Delecto Foods Private Limited, with Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited, effective July 21, 2026. This strategic consolidation will bring all businesses under a single entity, enabling the Company to optimize manufacturing facilities, equipment, and human resources. The merger is expected to strengthen operational efficiencies, reduce administrative costs, improve profitability, achieve economies of scale, and create long-term value for all stakeholders.

With respect to the proposed Freeze-Dried Coffee Plant with an installed capacity of 5,500 MTPA, the Company has secured land from TGIIC at the Telangana Food Processing Zone (TSFPZ) and has commenced key project execution activities, including advance payments for critical machinery. The Managing Director is confident that the project will be completed as planned, adding an additional freeze-dried coffee manufacturing capacity of 5,500 MTPA and increasing the Company’s total installed manufacturing capacity from 11,000 MTPA to 16,500 MTPA.
