National, 26th June 2026 – The Ritz-Carlton, Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha D’Souza as Training Manager.

Natasha brings with her over a decade of experience spanning hospitality, sales, learning and development, and academia. With a proven track record in instructional design, talent development, training facilitation, mentorship, and learning strategy, she has successfully driven performance excellence and capability-building initiatives across diverse environments. Her people-centric approach and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning make her a valuable addition to The Ritz-Carlton, Pune team.

Prior to joining The Ritz-Carlton, Pune, Natasha served as Course Coordination Head and Lecturer for the University of West London Distance Learning Programme at IIHM Pune, where she designed and delivered structured learning programs aligned with industry competency frameworks. In this role, she conducted training sessions across communication, marketing, human resource management, and digital domains, positively impacting more than 200 learners annually. She also led training needs analyses, learning effectiveness assessments, workshop facilitation, and collaborated closely with industry stakeholders to bridge academic learning with real-world hospitality practices.

Before transitioning into learning and development, Natasha held sales positions with renowned hospitality brands, including Novotel Pune by Accor Hotels and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.

In her new role, Natasha will focus on strengthening the hotel’s culture of excellence through impactful learning and development initiatives. She will work closely with associates to align learning programs with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, while fostering an environment of continuous growth that empowers employees to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
