Shruti brings over 15 years of experience across sales and marketing roles with leading international hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, IHG, and Marriottaffiliated hotels. Her career spans corporate, MICE, transient, and longstay segments, with a strong record of building relationships, strengthening market positioning, and driving sustainable revenue performance across competitive destinations. Her collaborative and peoplefocused approach aligns naturally with Ronil Goa’s freespirited, heartfelt brand ethos.
