Candolim, Goa – October 2026: Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim are pleased to announce the appointment of Sagarika Das as Reservation Manager, bringing with her over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise spanning reservations, guest relations and hotel operations.

Sagarika began her hospitality journey in 2018 and has since built a strong foundation in reservations and guest services through her association with several leading hospitality brands. She was previously associated with Novotel Chandigarh and various Accor brands across India, and has also gained valuable experience with Hilton and May Flower. Her diverse experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of reservation operations, guest expectations and the importance of creating a seamless experience from the very first interaction.

In her new role, Sagarika will oversee the reservations function for Novotel Goa Resort & Spa and Novotel Goa Candolim, working closely with the commercial and operational teams to ensure efficient reservation management, optimise room inventory and deliver a seamless pre-arrival experience for guests.

Her appointment comes at an exciting time for both Novotel Goa properties as they continue to strengthen their positioning as preferred destinations for leisure, family and business travellers. Novotel Goa Resort & Spa while being pet friendly, the phased renovation of guest rooms further complements the property’s evolution and commitment to enhancing the overall guest experience.

Outside of her professional life, Sagarika enjoys cooking and reading, reflecting her creative spirit and curiosity to continually learn and explore.
