New Delhi, October 27th, 2026: IndoBevs, one of India’s fastest-growing alcobev companies, delivered a strong financial performance in FY 2025-26, with total income growing 32% year-on-year to INR 489 crore, compared with the previous financial year. Revenue from operations increased 28.5% to INR 464 crore from INR 361 crore in FY 2024-25. EBITDA rose 61% to INR 24 crore from INR 15 crore in the previous financial year, with the EBITDA margin improving to 5%. Profit after tax (PAT) grew 32% to INR 12 crore, reflecting an improvement in overall profitability.
The company’s performance was supported by rising demand across markets and the continued expansion of its portfolio, including the launch of WingMan Blended Malt Whisky. Meanwhile, IndoBevs’ flagship RTD brand and global category creator, BroCode, recorded its best-ever performance in FY 2025-26, with more than 1 lakh bottles sold daily. Since its launch in FY18, the brand has witnessed strong growth, with gross sales recording a CAGR of 52% between FY 2018-19 and FY 2025-26.
While Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra are the largest markets for BroCode, the brand is seeing growing traction across newer markets, with sales increasingly spread beyond its traditionally established strongholds. Internationally, BroCode’s export volumes increased fivefold in FY’26. Launched internationally in FY’25, BroCode is today available as a cult, youth-forward drink across markets, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, UAE and Sri Lanka. IndoBevs is rolling out six new BroCode flavours in response to rising consumer demand – Mojito Mafia, Cola Very-D!, Sun of a Beach, Red, Bolt and Lem-On Fire – all currently at various stages of retail launch.

Sam Mahandru, Founder, IndoBevs, said, “We’ve grown to ₹489 crore without raising outside capital, and we’ve stayed profitable doing it. BroCode started as a bet that consumers were ready for something new. In FY’26, that bet went much further: exports grew fivefold, and more than half our India volumes now come from beyond our four biggest states. That tells us that brands built with conviction, around how people actually drink, can compete globally. IndoBevs’ next phase will be about scaling up with innovative product formats that defy convention, all without losing the discipline that got us here.”
IndoBevs will continue to focus on expanding its brand portfolio, strengthening its presence across domestic markets and building its international business as it works towards its next phase of growth.
