Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa is pleased to announce the appointment of Srinidhi MP as Security Manager, bringing over seven years of specialized experience in hospitality and health security. In this role, he leads end-to-end security and safety operations, focusing on asset protection, risk mitigation, and emergency readiness. 

Srinidhi brings over 4 years within the Hilton portfolio, where he previously served as Assistant Security Manager and Fire Safety Officer, directing 24/7 security operations, access control, VIP movement, and incident investigations across the property. Earlier in his career, he served as a Project Safety Officer in health and safety roles for FLS Projects and Industrial Boilers Projects, managing permit-to-work systems and job safety analyses on industrial sites. This blend of hospitality and industrial safety experience gives him a well-rounded, hands-on approach to protecting both people and property.

Beyond his professional expertise, Srinidhi is a published author of Voices at the Gate: Everyday Heroes and hosts a podcast (Ignored Daily, Blamed First: The Truth About Security Guards) bringing visibility to frontline security personnel.

At the resort, Srinidhi spearheads a comprehensive security strategy that integrates advanced surveillance and access-control technology with rigorous risk assessments and emergency-response drills, ensuring the property consistently exceeds regulatory and brand safety standards. He also serves as the resort’s primary liaison with local law enforcement and fire authorities, strengthening the property’s readiness and community partnerships.
