Bengaluru, India, 21st October 2026 : Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road have strengthened their commercial leadership team with the appointments of Ravinder Chahal as Director of Sales – Corporate and Ankur Mazumdar as Director of Sales – MICE. Bringing extensive hospitality sales experience across corporate accounts, business development, MICE, associations and large-format events, the two leaders will support the complex’s continued focus on driving commercial growth and strengthening relationships across key business segments.

In their respective roles, Ravinder Chahal will lead the Corporate Sales vertical, with a focus on strengthening key accounts, developing new business opportunities and expanding the hotels’ engagement with Bengaluru’s corporate ecosystem, while Ankur Mazumdar will lead MICE Sales, driving business across meetings, incentives, conferences, associations and events.

Located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road (ORR), Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage is a 529-key dual-branded hotel complex designed to cater to corporate travellers, MICE guests and the surrounding business community. The complex features approximately 37,000 square feet of banquet space, four food and beverage outlets, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a yoga deck, a gym and a spa. Ravinder Chahal, Director of Sales – Corporate, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings over a decade of experience in hospitality sales and business development, with expertise across corporate sales, key account management, revenue growth and market strategy. Prior to joining Hilton, he served as Assistant Director of Sales at Novotel & ibis Bengaluru ORR, where he led sales initiatives across corporate accounts, forecasting and business development. He has also held sales roles with Taj Bangalore and Citrus Bengaluru ORR and was recognised with Accor India’s Cross Sell Award of the Year in 2018 and 2019. The Hilton Circle of Excellence Award recognizes top-performing employees who demonstrate outstanding sales performance, leadership, and commitment to Hilton’s values. In his current role, Ravinder will focus on strengthening corporate partnerships, expanding key accounts and driving business growth for the dual-branded complex.

Ankur Mazumdar, Director of Sales – MICE, Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, brings approximately 14 years of experience in hospitality sales, with expertise across MICE, associations, conferences, corporate sales and large-format events. Prior to joining Hilton, he served as Associate Director of Sales at Fairmont Mumbai, where he managed Corporate and MICE business across South India. He has also held senior sales roles with Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center and Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre & Hyderabad International Convention Centre, with a strong focus on national and international associations and MICE business. In his current role, Ankur will focus on growing the complex’s meetings and events business, strengthening relationships with corporates, associations and professional conference organisers, and expanding its presence in the MICE segment.
