| Why This Matters for Hospitality & F&B For the hospitality and tourism sector, Ladakh’s growing food processing ecosystem could unlock new opportunities in experiential dining, destination-led culinary tourism, wellness foods and locally branded packaged products. As travellers increasingly seek authentic regional food experiences, the integration of indigenous Himalayan ingredients into hotels, cafés and tourism circuits could become a major differentiator for the region’s hospitality industry. |
