India, 28th October 2026: Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Jatinder Kumar as Food & Beverage Manager. With over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jatinder brings extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, revenue management, menu planning and guest experience, along with a strong track record of operational excellence and team leadership.

In his role, Jatinder oversees the hotel’s food and beverage operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences, driving revenue growth and ensuring operational efficiency across the property’s dining venues and banquet facilities. His responsibilities include managing departmental budgets, optimising revenue streams, developing innovative food and beverage offerings, and working closely with the culinary and sales teams to curate engaging dining experiences and events.

Prior to his current role, Jatinder served as Food & Beverage Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Anjuna, Goa, where he oversaw operations across the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, in-room dining, pool bar and banquet venues. He joined Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad in March 2026, bringing with him valuable experience from his tenure across Marriott properties in Goa. Before this, he held leadership positions at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim, Goa, including Assistant Food & Beverage Manager and Restaurant Manager. His career also includes roles at Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel, Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi and JW Marriott Chandigarh, where he developed a strong foundation in restaurant operations, pre-openings, service standards and team development.

Throughout his career, Jatinder has demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and business performance. His accomplishments include being named HOD of the Year in 2022 at Fairfield by Marriott Benaulim and contributing to the property’s achievement of the highest Food & Beverage revenue against budget in the Asia-Pacific region, excluding China, in Q4 2021. His experience in managing large-scale operations, developing teams and enhancing guest satisfaction will support Courtyard by Marriott Ghaziabad’s commitment to delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
