Swarna joins Park Hyatt with over 8 years of distinguished experience in luxury and premium hospitality, with a background spanning hotel operation, human resources, learning and development, and quality. Having worked with renowned hospitality brands including ITC hotels, Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Trident Hyderabad, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru, she brings a well-rounded understanding of operational excellence, colleague development and service culture.

In her latest Hospitality work, Swarna led the successful managerial role where she worked on developing training frameworks, service standards and colleague development. Prior to this, he worked with Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Hotel at Brigade Gateway focusing on quality and training needs of the organization.
