Hyderabad Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre, Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, has appointed Chaitanya Singamsetti as its Director of Sales & Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in hospitality sales, MICE, group business and corporate accounts, he brings extensive expertise across premium Marriott and Accor properties

As Director of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Chaitanya will oversee the properties’ sales strategy across corporate, MICE, group and events segments, with a focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening market share and identifying new business opportunities. He will also work closely with key corporate accounts, travel partners and event planners to strengthen the properties’ commercial positioning and expand their presence in the Hyderabad market.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Chaitanya has held sales leadership positions with The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and Novotel & Hyderabad International Convention Centre, following his early career with Ginger Hotels. His experience spans MICE and group sales, corporate accounts, revenue management, strategic partnerships and conference bidding. At The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, he built strategic partnerships with HICC and HITEX to capture city-wide conference and spillover opportunities, contributing to an improvement in the property’s Weekend RGI ranking from 5 to 3 and a market share ranking of 2.
