18th September, New Delhi: Novotel New Delhi City Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Sheetal Nagpal as Marketing & Communications Manager. With over six years of experience in luxury hospitality marketing, she brings strong expertise in brand management, public relations, F&B promotions, digital marketing, and brand positioning.

In her new role, Sheetal will lead the hotel’s marketing and communications initiatives, driving brand visibility, strengthening digital presence, and developing impactful campaigns across the hotel’s key business verticals.

Prior to joining Novotel New Delhi City Centre, Sheetal was associated with Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla, as anAssistant Manager, Marketing & Communications. During her tenure, she drove social media growth, strengthened the hotel’s digital presence, supported F&B promotions and PR initiatives, and pioneered weddings as a revenue vertical.

Over the course of her career, Sheetal has also worked with leading brands including Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, Le Méridien Gurgaon and PVR The Luxury Collection. Her experience spans marketing strategy, F&B promotions, restaurant launches, food festivals, events, digital marketing, PR, and agency management.
