With over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Rubina brings to her new role an extensive understanding of hotel operations, guest experience, business development and team leadership. Her career has been shaped by diverse experiences across some of the hospitality industry’s most respected names, including The Taj Palace, New Delhi; Jaypee Hotels; Crowne Plaza Today New Delhi Okhla; and Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, New Delhi.

Throughout her career, Rubina has built expertise across multiple functions, including Housekeeping, Front Office, Sales, Marketing and Business Development, giving her a well-rounded perspective of hotel operations and the evolving expectations of today’s guests.

Prior to joining Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, Rubina held leadership positions at Eros Hotel, New Delhi, including Director of Sales & Marketing, EAM – Rooms & Business Development and Hotel Manager handling entire operations where she contributed to business growth, operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

In her new role, Rubina will focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening guest experiences, nurturing high-performing teams and supporting the hotel’s continued business growth.
