The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is pleased to announce the appointment of Avis Rodrigues as Director of Operations. In this role, she will oversee daily operations across the property, working to uphold the standards of service and hospitality that define the Leela brand.

With over 22 years of domain expertise in hotel management operations, pre-opening projects and client management, Avis brings a strong operational track record to her new role. Her appointment strengthens the property’s leadership team as it continues to grow its presence within Bhartiya City, a 125-acre integrated township in North Bengaluru.

Avis joins from Rosetta Hospitality, where she most recently served as Resident Manager in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, following earlier roles as Resident Manager in Goa and Head, Food and Beverage Experiences in Bengaluru. Prior to that, she was Operations Manager for Relais & Chateaux’s luxury tented camp in Jawai Rajasthan. Avis began her hospitality career with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in Mumbai, where she completed her training through the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development (OCLD) before going on to serve as Senior Restaurant Manager, leading a restaurant that received the Times Good Food Award.
