The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru is pleased to announce the appointment of Vikas Pal as Director of Sales – MICE. In this role, he will lead the property’s meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions sales strategy, driving business from the corporate and events segment across the hotel’s convention and banqueting facilities.

With close to a decade and a half of experience across hotel sales, Vikas brings a strong track record in building corporate and MICE business, key account management and revenue-focused sales strategy. His appointment strengthens the property’s commercial leadership as it continues to grow its position as a preferred venue for conventions and large-scale events in North Bengaluru.

Vikas joins from Accor, where he most recently served as Director of Sales at Ibis Hyderabad HITEC City. Prior to that, he was Director of Sales at Four Points by Sheraton, Visakhapatnam, under Marriott International. He spent eight years with Accor across Novotel properties in Hyderabad and Vijayawada, rising from Assistant Sales Manager to Associate Director of Sales at Novotel Vijayawada. Earlier in his career, he served as Relationship Manager at Taj Krishna, part of Taj Hotels.

At The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Vikas will focus on strengthening the property’s MICE portfolio, expanding corporate partnerships, and supporting the hotel’s continued growth in Bengaluru’s competitive luxury hospitality and events market.
