Renaissance Goa Hotel Part of Marriott Bonvoy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ashish Pandey as Director of Finance. A hospitality finance leader with over 13 years of experience, Mr. Pandey brings deep expertise across financial planning and analysis, along with a strong track record of strengthening governance and partnering closely with hotel operations to deliver sustainable business performance.

Mr. Pandey’s career spans several iconic Marriott brands, including JW Marriott Chandigarh, Renaissance Lucknow, and Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown, where he progressively advanced through finance leadership roles. He joins Renaissance Goa from Fairfield by Marriott Goa Benaulim, where he served as Assistant Director of Finance and led the hotel’s finance function, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, compliance, and business performance reviews. Before joining Marriott International, he built a strong foundation in core finance operations at ibis Gurgaon and Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, Gurugram.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in science, an MBA in Financial Management from Jaipur National University, and a Diploma in Financial Accounting. Outside of work, Mr. Pandey enjoys travelling, solving puzzles, and listening to music.

At Renaissance Goa, Mr. Pandey will be leading the finance department, working closely with operational leaders to enhance financial discipline and support strategic decision-making as the property builds its performance trajectory.
