Udaipur Marriott Hotel is delighted to announce the promotion of Khushboo Sharma to Director of Human Resources.

Khushboo’s journey with Marriott International began in Ahmedabad in April 2021, where she joined as Human Resources Manager. Over the next few years, she progressed through key leadership roles and was promoted to Assistant Director of Human Resources. During her tenure, she was associated with the transition phase of the property’s rebranding from Courtyard by Marriott to Le Méridien Ahmedabad. Khushboo was then selected as the pre-opening Human Resources leader for Udaipur Marriott Hotel, joining the team in December 2024 as one of the earliest two associates. Her contributions were instrumental in the successful opening of Udaipur’s first Marriott-branded hotel, helping shape the property’s people philosophy and associate experience from inception to launch.

With over 14 years of diverse hospitality HR experience across prestigious brands such as Taj Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group, and The Oberoi Group, Khushboo brings a unique blend of operational excellence, people-centric leadership, and organizational development expertise.

As Director of Human Resources, she will continue to champion a people-first culture, focusing on talent development, associate well-being, leadership growth, and creating an environment where associates thrive and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Her appointment reflects Marriott International’s commitment to recognizing and nurturing internal talent, while celebrating leaders who embody the company’s values and culture.
