Bringing over a decade of experience within Marriott International, Yogesh Gumaste takes on the role of Director of Loss Prevention at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, where he leads the hotel’s safety, security, and risk management functions across the property.

Yogesh’s journey with Marriott is a testament to dedication, perseverance, and continuous growth. He began his career at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park as a Loss Prevention Executive, where he spent five years building a strong foundation in hotel security and operations. He then progressed to JW Marriott Pune as Assistant Manager – Loss Prevention, further expanding his expertise over the next five and a half years. Returning to The Westin Pune Koregaon Park as Associate Director of Loss Prevention, Yogesh has now been elevated to Director of Loss Prevention, marking another significant milestone in his remarkable journey within the Marriott family.
