Bringing more than two decades of culinary expertise and leadership experience across some of India’s most renowned hospitality brands, Chef Arun joins the resort with a passion for innovation, excellence and elevated guest experiences.

Chef Arun has built an impressive career spanning luxury hotels and resorts, where he has successfully led culinary teams, curated memorable dining concepts and driven operational excellence. His extensive experience in international cuisines, banquet operations, destination weddings and large scale events positions him perfectly to lead the resort’s diverse culinary offerings.

In his new role, Chef Arun will oversee all culinary operations at The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa. He will also focus on introducing innovative menus, championing sustainable culinary practices, nurturing culinary talent and further strengthening the resort’s reputation as one of Jaipur’s premier dining destinations.
