With over 15 years of experience across luxury and upper-upscale hospitality, Harish brings expertise in guest experience, operational excellence, team development, and business performance across leading global hospitality brands.

Over the course of his career, Harish has held leadership roles across India and the Middle East, with experience spanning Rooms Division, Front Office operations, guest experience, and commercial performance. Prior to this appointment, he served as Director of Rooms at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat and as Front Office Manager at NH Collection Ibn Battuta Gate in Dubai. He was also recognised among Hozpitality’s Best 30 Power Front Office Leaders in the Middle East 2023 for his contribution to service excellence, innovation, and guest-centric leadership.
