Surat Marriott Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Dilip Jangid as the Associate  Director of Human Resources. 

With nearly two decades of experience across hospitality, corporate, education, and infrastructure  sectors, Dilip brings a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, learning and  development, and organizational culture. In his new role, he will lead the Human Resources function  at the hotel, focusing on strengthening associate engagement, fostering a high-performance culture,  and supporting the hotel’s continued growth through its people-first approach. 

Prior to joining Surat Marriott, Dilip served as Head of Human Resources at Crowne Plaza  Ahmedabad City Centre, where he was responsible for driving key HR initiatives, talent development  programs, employee engagement strategies, and overall people operations. Before that, he spent  several years with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), gaining extensive experience across  various aspects of human resource management. 

Known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for developing talent, Dilip has consistently  focused on creating positive workplace cultures that empower associates and enhance overall  organizational performance Welcoming him to the team, Amit Mehta, Vice President – Operations, said: “We are delighted to welcome Dilip to Surat Marriott.
