Spice Route Restaurant & Catering, New Jersey, has announced the promotion of Deepak Giri Goswami as Director of Food & Beverage, recognizing his valuable contributions to the organization over the past two and a half years and his extensive international hospitality expertise.
Deepak has been associated with Spice Route Restaurant & Catering for approximately 2.5 years, during which he has played an important role in strengthening restaurant operations, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy. His promotion reflects the organization’s confidence in his leadership abilities, operational expertise, and commitment to excellence.
With more than 25 years of experience across the USA, Europe, the UAE, and Asia, Deepak brings a wealth of knowledge in restaurant operations, culinary management, business development, and customer service. Known for his leadership in Indian and Asian cuisines, he has successfully managed high-volume restaurant operations while consistently maintaining operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
In his new role, Deepak will oversee food and beverage operations, business development initiatives, operational planning, customer engagement, and brand expansion across the Stroudsburg and Pocono regions.
Before joining Spice Route Restaurant & Catering, Deepak served as Food & Beverage Operations Director at Hotel PAG Šimuni Resort, Croatia, where he successfully launched and managed the Mali Raj International Multi Cuisine Restaurant. He also worked with the internationally recognized Americana Group in Dubai, UAE, as Restaurant Manager, gaining extensive experience in international restaurant operations and hospitality management.
Earlier in his career, Deepak held leadership positions with Tivoli Grand Resort Hotel and was part of the opening team at the renowned The Great Kebab Factory, Punjabi Bagh. His experience with these reputed hospitality brands strengthened his expertise in food operations, menu innovation, hygiene standards, team management, and customer service excellence.
Throughout his career, Deepak has demonstrated strong capabilities in HACCP implementation, cost control, operational planning, vendor management, and staff development.
