Ahmedabad, April 22, 2026: ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Sandipan Kahali as its new Food & Beverage Manager. Kahali will lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations, with a clear focus on service excellence, offering curated culinary experiences, improving guest engagement and strategy revenue growth for the hotel.

Kahali brings along more than two decades of experience in India’s luxury hospitality sector with deep expertise in food and beverage management, banqueting operations, pre-openings, guest relations and team leadership. Recognised for his operational acumen with a people-first approach, he has built a strong reputation for driving performance, while consistently delivering elevated guest experiences.

Having built much of his career within ITC Hotels across key markets including Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Jaipur, Kahali brings with him a deep understanding of the group’s service ethos, responsible luxury philosophy and guest-centric standards of excellence, all in serving guests across diverse markets.

Prior to joining ITC Narmada, Kahali served as Food & Beverage Manager at ITC Rajputana, Jaipur, where he headed an extensive F&B portfolio comprising multiple outlets, in-room dining, takeaway and banqueting operations. Under his leadership, the hotel achieved strong business growth and service excellence milestones, including recognition for its Food & Beverage Service team performance.

During his previous tenure at ITC Rajputana, the Food & Beverage Service team under his leadership was honoured as the Food & Beverage Team of the Year for FY 24-25 at the annual Spotlight Awards.

His professional journey also includes key leadership assignments at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels in Vadodara and Ahmedabad, where he played an instrumental role in operations, demand creation initiatives and the successful pre-opening of the Ahmedabad property. Earlier, he held several progressive roles at ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, spanning restaurants, in-room dining, lounges, beverages, and banquet operations.

As Food & Beverage Manager at ITC Narmada, Kahali will focus on enhancing the hotel’s dining and banquet experiences, strengthening operational efficiencies and further elevating the benchmark of hospitality for guests in Ahmedabad.
