His  culinary excellence is particularly evident in Continental cuisine, where he has  honed and perfected his craft over the years. He is also passionate about  menu innovation and is known for his Heartist leadership approach, fostering  collaboration, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences. 

As Chef Anuj embarks on this exciting new chapter with Novotel Lucknow  Gomti Nagar, he shares his enthusiasm:
